We promote a quality culture at each level throughout the company and follow the principle of “Next process is our customer” with foolproof mechanism to ensure that each product has been through every Quality Control stage starting with vendor development, incoming quality, process quality, final product quality and extends to customer incoming quality.
We have a well defined, systematic evaluation system to ensure that standards of quality are constantly being met. The quality system developed at Zeal takes current EMS scenario into consideration and will be enhancing over time to encompass the various disciplines of manufacturing, and the ever changing needs of our OEMs. Zeal adheres to a “no tolerance” policy for which we were audited and passed. We tend to achieve success in projects with discipline we maintain while adhering to our quality standards. One of the added advantages of working with Zeal is that the company is ISO 9001:2008 certified, whose primary goal is the development of fundamental Quality systems that provide for continuous improvement, emphasizing defect prevention & reduction of variation and waste in the supply and production chain.
Inward Quality Verification
Inward QC section checks, incoming material, using a variety of test instruments. A team of trained IQC Engineers is available. Zeal Electromech has a well-defined, 10 digit part numbering system and a detailed Inward QC check/ verification plan, for all incoming electronic components (both active & passive) and also for mechanical, rubber, plastic and paper components/parts. Inprocess Quality New investments have been made in the latest generation Inspection tools, inline AOI & 2D solder paste measurement systems. Final Product Quality based test systems have revolutionised our testing and record keeping. ICT capable of handling 100% of our existing projects has helped us to achieve zero ppm. MDA testing and functional Test Jigs helps us to build final product quality. Barcode stickers help for traceability. For inprocess QA.amulti disciplinary team of production supervisors. Inward QA, Test, Inspection and Maintenance engineers is available to control and maintain production quality. Patrol Inspection, calibration, training and documentation are being done as per the requirements of ISO 9001. To achieve zero PPMfor all internal manufacturing processes with better co-ordination, training, experienced manpower and procurement of latest generation ICT, AOI and SMT Line.
